We undertake an initial comprehensive and holistic assessment of you and your baby that enables us to tailor a very individualised support plan for you. This may involve just feeding or sleeping or maybe a combination of many things.

BABY & YOU NEWBORN NURTURE PACKAGE
0-12 WEEKS OF AGE
$380 - 2 hrs in home visit, Sydney
$180 - 1 hr virtual 

What's Included

Becoming a parent is an exciting yet overwhelming time for many. As Child and Family Health Nurses,  we’ve seen the challenges and stresses parents face.  We’ve recognised the gap in care that exists between leaving the hospital and starting the journey of parenthood. Our Newborn Nurture Package is designed to provide comprehensive support, ensuring a smoother transition into parenthood and beyond.

Package Includes:

  • Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support 

  • Age appropriate sleep and settling – understanding newborn sleep and safe sleeping

  • Understanding Newborn behaviour and cues
  •  The importance of support and rest

  • Includes weekly follow up for 2 weeks -  2 x 15-minute calls over 2 weeks

  •  Discounted home visit/phone call rates available for returning clients

FEEDING SUPPORT FOR BABY & YOU
0-2 YEARS OF AGE
$200 - 1.5 hrs in home visit, Sydney

What's Included

Lets face it, feeding your baby can be challenging. Education, support and a sense of community are vital for all parents, yet we know many mum’s are discharged home after giving birth with little or no support.

We can help you with our feeding support packages, whether this is with your newborn or beyond.

Package Includes:

  • Identify and explore your current challenges and concerns.
  • Observe a full breast feed assessing positioning and attachment to the breast with recommendations to meet your desired goal/s.
  • Includes weekly follow up for 2 weeks -  2 x 15-minute calls over 2 weeks
  • Evidenced-based information and guidance on:
  • Feeding cues, cluster feeding and growth spurts
  • Over and under supply 
  • Healthy weight gain
  • Painful feeding
  • Mastitis management 
  • Weaning from breastfeeding including returning to work
  • Mixed and formula feeding
  • Introducing a bottle/bottle refusal
  • Expressing and safe storage of expressed milk  
  • How your partner/family can support you

HOLISTIC SLEEP SUPPORT PACKAGE

What's Included

As holistic sleep consultants, we support sleep from a developmental and attachment perspective. We will work closely with you to develop strategies that align with the temperament of your little one, their developmental stage, and your parenting values.

Package Includes:

A detailed medical, feeding and sleep assessment will be done at the beginning of the consultation. This will help us to understand your main concerns and priorities, goals.

  • Understanding and supporting Newborn sleep 0-3 months

  • Tailored guidance and support with sleep 3 months – 2 years

  • Information on :
    • Understanding tired signs
    • The impact of development and temperament on sleep
    • Safe sleeping and SIDS education

What's Included

Entering parenthood brings both excitement and exhaustion. Taking care of yourself and finding moments of rest are crucial during this time. Our service offers Sydney-based* parents a valuable 2-hour break to recharge, run errands, attend appointments, or simply enjoy uninterrupted rest.

Parents contact us for support for a variety of reasons. Whatever your challenges are during pregnancy, postpartum, or further along your parenting journey, we're confident we'll be able to work through them together.

I've purchased a package, now what?

You'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase. In the next 24 hours we'll call you to arrange a suitable appointment time. After we have set up the appointment we'll send you an intake form for completion prior to our appointment. 

Do you offer add on support packages?

Yes absolutely - Baby & You offers a range of additional support services on a broad range of topics. We can come to your home for a one on one consultation about a specific issue or we can chat over the phone via our support call services. All our services are focused on supporting parents in navigating the early stages of parenthood.

I only need help with one particular area that is a challenge?

We can offer support and advice on a wide array of topics, such as infant care, breastfeeding, sleep routines, early childhood development, nutrition, and effective parenting strategies. In addition, a crucial part of our role is guiding you through the emotional transition of becoming a parent. With a holistic approach, we're able to tailor individualised support plans specifically for you. 

What if our needs require specialist care?

As experts in our field, we can accurately assess if the support you require falls outside our scope of practice or areas of expertise. If that is the case rest assured, we'll connect you with someone who can provide the assistance you need.
